How do I make a custom order?

All custom orders are must be emailed to customextendpromo@gmail.com for processing. After receiving and agreeing to quote Custom Extend will then accept payment and start your order. 

What is the turn around for a custom order?

Expect a turnaround of 10 business days for all custom orders.

Can I send in extensions to be customized?

Yes. At Custom Extend we do offer services to transform extensions into a wig or clip ins. For wig transformations we require a new closure or frontal. You can access this service through the "BOOK NOW" tab.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

In the event that you do not get expected results Custom Extend will let you mail back your unused purchase free of charge within 72 hours of receiving. At this time you will need to notify us with your issue and we will make the necessary adjustments to meet your expectations. There are no refunds on custom orders.

Can I take my own head measurements?

It is highly not recommended that you DON'T take your own head measurements. If you are not able to come to our location for a professional fitting please seek help from a professional stylist in your area.

Can I send unit for upgrades and replacements?

Yes. We offer closure, frontal, adjustable band and comb replacement services. You can book them through the "BOOK NOW" tab
